Flexible Skewer
Flexible Skewers are a fun and easy way to maximize the cooking space on the circular cooking surface of your Volcano. Made of Stainless Steel, they will never rust and are dishwasher safe! Each package contains 2-22" long skewers. The skewers offer a lot of advantages over the traditional wood skewers; no slivers being a primary one. You can pre-load the skewers and marinade them, instead of having to put freezing cold food on sharp sticks. (Not a good combination) You can Shape them to the exact size of the top grill. Also, in a pinch they make a pretty good fish stringer.
Great for: steak, chicken, pork, shrimp, pineapples, peppers, onions, mushrooms, zucchini, tomatoes or anything else you can thread on!
Instructions:
1. Thread items to be cooked onto the flexible skewer
2. Place loaded skewers into marinade (optional)
3. Remove from optional marinade and place skewers on grilling surface, creating any shape that you need
4. If needed, skewers are easily turned
5. After the food is cooked as desired, easily slide food off of the skewers, or simply place entire skewer onto serving platter
6. Clean skewers and easily store in your Volcano storage bag
