Shipping - Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Volcano II Corporation are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Volcano II Corporation is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from shipment.

Return Policy

Volcano II Corporation retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged, repaired or order cancelled. Volcano II Corporation thus encourages customers to use caution when placing an order, as once placed the order cannot be cancelled, nor the item returned or exchanged unless Volcano II Corporation expressly consents. No product can be returned without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) This number can be obtained by calling 888.320.2005. Any product that is shipped to us without and RMA number will be returned to sender with no action taken.

In order to obtain a refund or exchange, prior approval must be given by Volcano II Corporation. Call 1-801-489-7428 (8AM-5PM, MST, Monday through Friday).

Generally, Volcano II Corporation will consider returns within thirty (30) days of purchase. Refunds are for the cost of product only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Volcano II Corporation does not accept used or damaged products for refunds.

Your only remedy for a defective product (materials and workmanship) may be exercised within one year from date of purchase. These rights cannot be exercised without sales receipt or proof of purchase. Volcano II Corporation will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product covered under our limited warranty. We do not warranty the paint. Any damage, misuse or neglect, including failure to clean, and oil the Volcano after use, caused by the customer is not covered under warranty and repairs will be effected at $65.00 per hour, (1/2 hour minimum charge) if the customer agrees to such charges. If a product is determined to not be covered under warranty, the product will be returned to the owner at owners expense.

At Volcano II Corporation's sole discretion, Volcano II Corporation may impose a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee on items returned.

Severability

The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Volcano II Corporation with respect to this Website, Volcano II Corporation catalog or any type of Volcano II Corporation advertisement.
